The Wilson family began their own outdoor adventures in 1985. The family’s love of fishing and outdoors led them to start helping friends and neighbors set up ice fishing shacks each winter.

Founder Brian Wilson began with only 4 shacks on the quiet northern shores of Lesser Slave Lake. Brian and his son, Dustin, have been helping anglers make memories at the best fishing holes available on Lesser Slave Lake ever since.

Dustin Wilson continues the family legacy with Wilson’s Outdoor Adventures, now expanded to over 12 ice shacks. He continues the Wilson family’s love for the outdoors, and the satisfaction of seeing guests of all ages and stages make new memories around fishing poles and campfires.
